Tradematic is a software automation platform that enables users to automate trade execution in their own brokerage accounts based on trading parameters, strategies, or signals selected by the user.
Tradematic:
Does not provide investment advice
Is not a broker-dealer
Is not a registered investment advisor
Does not provide tax or legal advice
Does not custody user funds
All investment decisions originate from the user and/or the user’s selected financial advisor.2. Google Account Integration (Google OAuth)


2. Google Account Integration (Google OAuth)

Tradematic allows users to sign in securely using Google OAuth authentication.
When you connect your Google account:
We access only the information necessary for authentication and account management.
We do not access Gmail content unless explicitly authorized.
We do not sell, rent, or use Google user data for advertising purposes.
Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
Tradematic’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs fully adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
Google user data is used solely to provide or improve user-facing features.
We do not use Google data for advertising, profiling, or data brokerage.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to operate core platform functionality.
We do not allow human access to Google user data unless:
Explicit user consent is provided;
It is necessary for security investigations;
Required by applicable law.

Brokerage outages
Internet disruptions
Execution delays

You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Securing your brokerage account connections
Monitoring your automated strategies
